全自动药品单剂量分包机在我院药房的应用情况与差错分析

摘　　要：目的为进一步在医院药房推广应用全自动药品单剂量分包机提供参考。方法采用回顾性方法,对2014年1月至2014年6月住院药房TOSHOXana-4001CN全自动药品单剂量分包机的使用数据进行统计和分析。结果 TOSHOXana-4001CN全自动药品单剂量分包机操作简单,工作效率高,单剂量分包准确率达99.92%。结论全自动药品单剂量分包机改变了住院药房口服药调剂的传统工作模式,可有效提升药房工作质量和服务水平,降低药品差错率,保证临床用药的安全,值得推广。OBJECTIVE To provide the reference of the further application of the automatic drug single dose packing machine in hospital. METHODS By using a retrospective method, the using data of TOSHOXana-4001CN automatic single drug dose packing machine in the hospital pharmacy between January 2014 and June 2014 were ana- lyzed. RESULTS TOSHOXana-4001CN automatic single drug dose packing machine was simple to operate,highlyeffcienct,with a dose accuracy of 99.92%. CONCLUSION The automatic single dose packing machine changes the traditional working model to adjust the oral administration. It can be used to enhance working quality and raise the efficiency, reduce the pharmacy drug error rate, and ensure the safety of clinical medication. So it is worth having this machine available.
