摘  要:为使雷达装备教员适应实战化教学需求,提出了提高雷达装备教员实战化教学能力的四个举措:合理构建教员"实战化教学能力"评价体系、科学规划装备教员的"实战化"成才路线图、详细制定实战化培训计划与能力考核标准、严格加强时间节点管控与措施落实.根据"先行试点,逐步拓展"的建设思路,从"实战化教学能力"培训工作的五个重点方面展开实践.To make the radar equipment teachers meet the needs of actual combat teaching, this article puts forward the four measures for improving the teachers' ability of actual combat teaching of radar equipment, which are to construct reasonably the assessment system on teachers' ability of actual combat teaching, plan scientifically the equipment teachers' success roadmap on the actual combat, set out the training plan and the ability assessment criteria of actual combat in detail, and strengthen strictly the time node control and the fulfillment of measures. It is suggested that the teaching practice of actual combat should be carried out by the thinking way of construction, namely the first pilot, and gradually expanding, in terms of the five key aspects in the training work of teaching ability of actual combat.
