摘 要:[目的]了解上海市三级医院临床护士跨文化护理自我效能现状及特点,为护理管理者提高跨文化护理能力提出建议,为制订跨文化护理培训课程提供科学依据。[方法]采用跨文化护理自我效能量表(TSET)对上海市6所三级医院950名注册护士进行调查。[结果]三级医院护理人员跨文化自我效能总分为594.96分±139.42分,其中认知维度183.63分±47.69分,实践维度200.12分±50.09分,情感维度211.21分±60.88分。不同宗教信仰、科室、职务护士跨文化护理自我效能实践维度、情感维度及总体得分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);参加人文课程护士跨文化护理自我效能各维度及总体得分较高(P<0.05)。[结论]上海市三级医院临床注册护士跨文化护理自我效能总体良好。护理管理者应针对性制订科学的跨文化护理培训课程,特别是认知层面课程,提高临床护士跨文化护理能力。Objective. To understand the status quo and characteristics of self efficacy of transcultural care among nurses in third grade hospitals of Shanghai, in order to provide suggestions for nursing managers to improve the level of transcultural care,and to provide scientific basis for the development of transcultural care training courses. Methods. A total of 950 registered nurses were investigated by using Transcultural care Self Efficacy Scale (TSET) in third grade hospitals in Shanghai. Results.The total score of transcultural care self- efficacy of nurses in third grade hospitals was 594.96±139.42 ,in which cognitive dimension score was 183.63±47.69 ,practice dimension score was 200.12±50.09,affective dimension score was 211.21±60.88. Its practice dimension, emotional dimension and the overall score comparison among different religious beliefs, departments, duty nurses were statistically significant(P〈0.05);Each dimension of transcultural care self- efficacy of participate in the humanities curriculum nurses and general score were high(P〈0.05). Conclusion: The overall score of self- efficacy of transcultural care of clinical registered nurses in third grade hospitals in Shanghai was good. Nursing managers should aim at the development of scientific transcultural care training courses,especially the cognitive level courses,to improve the clinical nurses transcultural care ability.
