摘 要:硝化抑制剂双氰胺(DCD)可有效抑制硝态氮转化,镉污染条件下添加DCD抑制土壤中铵态氮向硝态氮的转化,将可改善小白菜品质和降低小白菜中镉(Cd)与硝酸盐浓度。盆栽试验研究了外加2.0 m g·kg-1Cd条件下,尿素中添加不同量DCD对小白菜品质以及土壤中NH4+-N、NO3--N和有效Cd浓度的影响。结果表明,添加DCD显著提高了小白菜产量,增产24.3%~47.2%;添加20%DCD处理小白菜Vc含量增加了16.6%(p〈0.05),硝酸盐浓度降低19.5%,Cd累积量降低13.3%;DCD能显著降低土壤NH4+-N的损失量,土壤NH4+-N浓度增加10.8%~46.0%;而土壤NO3--N浓度则明显降低,最高下降98.5%,DCD施入量为纯氮的20%时土壤中NO3--N未检出。表明DCD能有效改善镉污染条件下小白菜的品质,增加其产量。Dicyandiamide( DCD),which could inhibite nitrate nitrogen change effectively,could restrain ammonium nitrogen from turning to nitrate nitrogen and improve pakchoi’ quality,as well as reduce the content of Cd and nitrate under Cd pollution.The pot experiment studied the effect about pakchoi’ quality and the content of NH4+-N、NO3-– N and effective Cd in soils by adding different content of DCD in urea under the 2.0 mgkg- 1 Cd pollution addition. The results showed that,it could increase24.3% ~ 47.2% pakchoi,production and 16.6% Vc comparing with control group by adding DCD,nitrate and Cd content reduced19.5% and 13.3% respectively.On the other hand,DCD could reduce the loss of NH4 +-N which increased 10. 8% ~ 46. 0% in contrast to control group. Nevertheless,the content of NO3-– N in soils lower obviously to 98.5%.And the NO3-– N in soils couldn’t detect when DCD were pure nitrogen 20%. To sum up,DCD could improve pakchoi’ quality and increase its production by adding DCD under Cd pollution.
