摘　　要：目的:探讨在没有肩关节专用线圈的情况下,如何用体线圈替代检查并满足临床需求,达到诊断目的。材料与方法:使用SIEMENS公司Avanto1.5超导型磁共振成像系统,对27例肩部疼痛患者进行MRI检查。采用体线圈替代肩关节线圈检查,图像由2名影像科副主任医师双盲法进行图像质量评价,意见不同时协商取得一致。结果:27例肩关节MRI图像中,图像质量优级22例,优级率占81.48%,良级5例,占18.52%,差级图像0例。所有图像全部达到诊断要求。结论:在没有肩关节专用线圈的情况下,利用体线圈替代检查也能取得满意效果。Purpose： Discussing how to use body coil instead of checking and meet the demand of clinical, to achieve diagnostic purposes in the absence of shoulder joint special coil. Materials and Methods： 27 patients with shoulder pain were examined by MRI, using SIEMENS company Avantol. 5 superconducting magnetic resonance imaging system. Use body coil instead of shoulder joint inspection, two doctors of vice director will have image quality assessment on images based on the double blind method , when they has a different opinion and consensus through consultation. Results： Among 27 cases of shoulder joint MRI images, the excellent image level 22 cases, excellent rate 81.48%, the good level 5 cases, 18. 52% and . no bad case. All the images meet the diagnostic requirements. Conclusion： In the absence of shoulder joint special coil, using the body coil instead of checking can obtain satisfied effect.
