摘　　要：目的:分析食管硬皮病的X线钡剂造影表现,以提高影像诊断水平。材料与方法:采用食管气钡双重造影,同时行立位及卧位多体位观察,并对其X线征象进行分析。结果:食管硬皮病患者排空时间、管腔直径及黏膜均有不同程度异常。结论:食道气钡双重造影是早期诊断食管硬皮病的有效检查手段。Purpose： To explore Bariu X-ray evidence of sceroderma esophagus, which will in return improve the standard and quality of diagnosis. Materials and Methods ： In our study, we chose air and barium double contrast esophageal radiographic examination and observed both standing and lying positions, then analysed the X-ray sign. Results： The emptying times, lumen diameter and mucous fold of esophagus were abnormal with different degrees in patients with seeroderma e- sophagns. Conclusion： The air and barium double contrast esophageal radiography is efficient examination on early diagnosis of sceroderma esophagus.
