直接法CTV下肢静脉造影与彩色多普勒血流显像45例诊断对比

摘　　要：目的:评价直接法CTV下肢静脉造影和彩色多普勒血流显像(color Doppler flow imaging,CDFI)在下肢静脉病变诊断中的价值。材料与方法:本组共收集45例有下肢静脉病变病例行以上两种方法检查,对其诊断结果进行对比,并结合手术中直观所见分析。结果:45例病患通过两种方法检查,对比显示效果、检出病灶和病变原因:CTV与CDFI显示浅静脉曲张无差异,显示深静脉病变和厘清各组血管CTV有一定优势,显示静脉返流与静脉瓣功能不全或损坏CDFI有显著优势。结论:两种方法检查对下肢静脉病变各有价值,临床工作中应联合应用,取长补短。Purpose： To evaluate the direct method of CTV venography and color Doppler flow imaging in the diagnosis of venous diseases of lower limbs in the value. Materials and Methods： The group collected 45 cases of venous lesions underwent the above two kinds of methods of inspection, the diagnosis results are compared, and combining with the operation findings in the visual. Results： 45 cases of patients by comparison with two kinds of methods to check, show the cause of the effect, the detected lesions and lesions ： CTV and shallow varicose veins of a CDFI show no difference, show deep vein abnor- malities and clarifying each vascular CTV have certain advantages, show venous reflux and venous valve dysfunction or damage of a CDFI have a significant advantage. Conclusion： Two methods of inspection of the value of the lower extremity venous disease, joint should be used in the clinical work, learn from each other.
