摘 要:目的探讨军人在不同体力付出后短时间内的注意功能变化情况。方法将200名军人依据数字表法随机分为静息组、小体力付出组、中等体力付出组和大体力付出组,共4组,每组50名。采用注意网络测试(attention network test,ANT)在不同体力付出后即刻对各组军人进行测试,比较其注意功能的变化。结果静息状态下,军人与普通成人比较在警觉作用、定向功能上差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),在执行控制功能上差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。在不同体力付出情况下,军人各组间警觉作用、定向作用和执行控制方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。其中,小体力付出组在警觉作用、定向作用和执行控制方面明显优于其余3组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在静息组,注意网络3个因素无明显相关性(P>0.05);在小体力付出组、中等体力付出组和大体力付出组注意网络3个因素之间存在显著相关性(P<0.05)。结论不同体力付出后军人的注意功能变化差异显著,小体力付出对注意功能存在促进作用,随着体力付出的增加,注意功能下降。Objective To explore changes in the visual function of military personnel after a short time of physical strain with different loads. Methods Two hundred military personnel were randomly divided into 4 groups, i.e. the rest group, the low physical strain group, the moderate physical strain group and the heavy physical strain group, each consisting of 50 people. Tests were performed in the 4 groups of military personnel after a short time of physical strain with different loads. Then, comparisons were made in the chan- ges of network visual attention between the groups by using network visual attention test ( Network Visual Attention Test, NVAT). Resnlts No significant differences could be seen in the alert and orientation of military personnel at rest, as compared with that of ordi- nary adults ( P 〉 0.05 ), however, statistical significance could be noted in the execution of control functions, when comparisons were made between the 2 groups ( P 〈 0. 01 ). Statistical significance could be noted in alert, orientation and execution of control functions for the 4 groups with different physical loads (P 〈0.0l ). The levels of alert, orientation and execution of control functions for the low physical strain group were obviously superior to those of the other 3 groups, and statistical significance could be noted, when compari- sons were made between them ( P 〈 0.05 ). For the rest group, there was no significant association in the 3 factors of network visual at- tention(P 〉 0.05). However, for the low physical strain, moderate physical strain and heavy physical strain groups, there was signifi- cant association in the 3 factors of network visual attention(P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion There were significant differences in the changes of network visual attention in military personnel after a short time of different physical loads. Low physical strain had a certain enhancing effort on network visual attention. However, visual attention could be decreased with increasing physical strain.
