摘 要:提出一种基于加热法的湿度在线监测模型,并研制了新型湿度测量探针。采用了内加热螺旋通道、等温套管等结构的湿度测量探针在测量过程不仅能适应排汽高速流动,而且有效地避免了散热损失。该湿度测量探针在一台320MW机组上进行了工业试验,试验结果表明所测数据有效且有较高精度,可满足电厂汽轮机排汽湿度在线测量的需要。An on-line monitoring model of steam humidity based on heating method is presented, and a new type of humidity measuring probe is developed. In the measurement process, the internal heating spiral path, isothermal tube and other structure of the humidity measuring probe in the measurement process not only can adapt to the high speed flow, but also effectively avoid the loss of heat. The humidity measuring probe is carried out on a 320MW set, the test results show that the measured data is valid and has higher precision, which can meet the requirement of on-line measurement of steam turbine exhaust wetness in power plant.
