成都地区正常牙合青年Monson＇s球面半径的测量研究

摘　　要：目的收集成都市正常牙合青年的头颅侧位片,测量研究Monson球面半径。方法选取60位成都地区正常牙合青年（男30人,女30人,年龄18~28岁）并摄牙尖交错位时头颅侧位片,应用四川大学华西口腔医院提供的INFINITT软件对头颅侧位片进行定点、描图和测量,采用了SPSS17.0软件包进行统计分析。结果得到了成都地区正常牙合青年Monson＇s球面半径均值,Monson球面的平均半径为86.28 mm,小于理论值101.60 mm,差异有显著性（P〈0.01）;男、女性青年Monson＇s球面半径无显著性差异,球面半径与SN（蝶鞍点到鼻根点）距离的相关系数r=0.6940（P〈0.01）,有相关性。结论成都地区正常牙合青年的Monson＇s球面半径与理论值有显著差异,与以往不同地区的调查结果也有较大的差异,有必要建立成都地区的相关数据库,作为成都地区口腔医院和诊所在颌位关系的记录参量,也可作为正畸治疗的参考。Objective To collect the cephalometrical films of Chengdu＇s healthy young adults and to measure their Monson＇s spherical radius. Methods Sixty healthy young adults （30 males and 30 females, aged from 18 to 28 years）were selected and their cephalomet- rieal films were taken. The INFINITY software was applied to make the point fixation, tracing and measurement of the cephalometrical films. The SPSS17.0 software package was used for statistical analysis. Results The average Monson＇s spherical radius was 86.28 mm, less than the theoretical value of 101.60 mm, demonstrating a significant difference（ P〈0.01 ）. There was no significant differ- ence between males＇ and females＇ spherical radius. Furthermore, there was a correlation between the spherical radius and SN （ sella turcica to nasion） distance, with the correlation coefficient r = 0. 694 0 （P〈0.01）. Conclusion The Monson＇s spherical radius of the Chengdu＇s healthy young adults differed significantly from the theoretical value as well as the results of surveys in other regions. It is necessary to set up databases for the Chengdu area, serving as the occlusal recording parameters for the dental hospitals and clinics and a reference of orthodontic treatment.
