摘　　要：本文介绍的内容主要是电机的电刷、滑环及换向器之间的的导电原理和维护方法。生产现场各种异常现象经常成为维护人员工作中的棘手问题，成为电机安全稳定运行的威胁因素，经常发生滑环、换向器、电刷烧损的事故，给企业带来很大的经济损失，根据多年的学习研究及对现场维护经验的总结，现对电刷的导电原理、检修维护要点、出现异常现象解决的办法及现场的注意事项进行分析介绍。The motor commutator and the brush and slip ring between the conductive principle and maintenance method were introduced in this paper. Production sites various abnormal phenomena often become intractable problems in the maintenance personnel work, which are threat factors for safe and stable operation of the motor. The burning loss of slip ring, commutator and brush brings enterprises great economic loss. According to the years study and summary of field maintenance experience, the conductive principle, key points, the solution of abnormal phenomenon, and the scene of the matters needing attention of the brush were analyzed in detail.
