摘  要:对煤沥青在升温速率分别为5℃/min、10℃/min、15℃/min和20℃/min条件下进行热重分析,探究了中温沥青与精制沥青热分解过程。利用Kissinger法、Flynn—Wall—Ozawa法、Friedman法分别求出了中温沥青与精制沥青的表观活化能E,利用Kissinger法求出指前因子1rn,采用Coats—Redfern积分法判定得出热分解过程反应机理函数积分式。结果表明,中温煤沥青表现出比精制沥青更强的温度敏感性,中温煤沥青比精制沥青表现出更强的反应活性。The kinetics of pyrolysis characteristics of coal tar pitch were investigated by thermogravimetric analysis at heating rates of 5, 10, 15, 20℃/min, respectively. The results show that pyrolysis process of coal tar pitch includes three stages. The apparent activation energy was studied by the model of Kissinger, Flynn-Wall-Ozawa and Friedman, respectively. The pre-exponential factor lnA was investigated by the method of Kissinger. With Coats-Redfern model, the reaction mechanism function of pyrolysis process could be determined. The coal tar pitch shows more significant temperature susceptibility and higher reactivity.
