摘 要:舰用电子多采用密闭式电子机柜结构,其发热量比较大,为了将热量带走,采用循环风冷却系统。本文主要PLC的循环风冷却系统自动控制进行研究,主要研究以可编程控制器(PLC)控制系统为核心的微电脑控制系统,合理地控制循环风冷却系统压缩机、电加热、冷凝回热器的启停,同时能够实现故障报警,并能对送风温度进行调节,经过实验验证,该控制系统在循环风冷却系统的实际控制中发挥较好的控制功能。The heat of naval electronic with airtight cabinet structure is relatively large, in order to take the heat away, the wind circulation cooling system is adopted. This paper researches the automatic control of PLC circulating wind cooling system, and mainly researches microcomputer control system with PLC as the core, the reasonable control of start and stop of circulation wind cooling system of compressor, electric heating, condensing heat exchanger. At the same time to realize fault alarm, and is able to regulate sending air temperature. Experiment shows that the control system is better to play a control function in the actual control of circulating air cooling system.
