摘　　要：本文根据精细化工生产工艺,综合运用台达PLC、特殊模块DVP04PT和DVP04AD、变频器、力控Forcecontro组态软件、PID整定等设计了精细化工装置控制系统。经实际验证,该系统可以对整个生产过程进行远程控制和就地操作,能准确采集监控记录各项参数,运行稳定,满足生产需要,具有一定的推广意义。Based on fine chemical production technology, the integrated use of Delta PLC. DVP04PT and DVP04AD. inverter. Forcecontro. PID control and other equipment ,a fine chemical plant control system is designed. Verified by practical, the system can be remote control of the whole production process and on-site operation, accurate acquisition parameters monitoring record, running stability, can meet the needs of production, has a certain popularization significance.
