摘  要:目的探讨金黄色葡萄球菌感染的临床分布特点及耐药性状况,为临床感染是治疗和预防提供有益的参考。方法将2011年1月至2014年10月期间我院临床检验分离出的220株金黄色葡萄球菌纳入本研究。采用常规方式分离菌株,菌株鉴定主要采用金葡菌单克隆抗体、血浆凝固酶和Vitek-32型仪等。抗菌药物对细菌敏感性测定选择纸片扩散法,耐甲氧西林金葡菌(MRSA)耐药性测定选择头孢西丁法。所得数据分析使用WHONET5.5软件。结果本研究分离培养的220株菌株包括痰液培养菌株91株(41.36%),脓液培养菌株55株(25.00%),血液培养菌株40株(18.18%);主要分布在脑外科、ICU,分别占20.00%和29.09%;在药敏结果中,青霉素耐药率高达89.55%,红霉素耐药率高达64%,苯唑西林、四环素耐药率分别为34.56%和26.82%,万古霉素、利奈唑胺耐药率为0,利福平、呋喃妥因耐药率均低于3%。结论金黄色葡萄球菌主要检测部位是在患者皮肤组织和下呼吸道等部位,对临床常用抗菌药物的耐药率较严重。Objective to study the clinical distribution characteristic and drug resistance of 220 strains of staphylococcus aureus,to give a reference of clinical treatment and prevention of infection. Methods 220 strains of staphylococcus aureus in my hospital between January 2011 and October 2014 isolated from the clinical examination into the study, strains was separated by conventional way, strain was identified mainly by aureus bacteria monoclonal antibody, plasma coagulase and Vitek - 32 type instrument,Determination of antimicrobial susceptibility to bacterial choose disc diffusion method,determination of resistance of Bacteria methicil[in-resistant s. aureus (MRSA) was choose cefoxitin method, Data was used WHONETS. 5 software to analyze result. Results in this study, the separation of culture from 220 strains included sputum strains for 91 strains (41. 36%), pus culture strains for 55 strains (25.00%), blood culture strains for 40 cases (18. 18%). Mainly distributed in brain surgery department, ICU, accounted for 20. 00% and 29.09 %,respectively;in drug susceptibility results, penicillin resistant rate was as high as 89.55%, erythromycin re- sistance was as high as 64 %, Westwood, tetracycline, benzene azole resistance were 34.56%,26.82 %, vancomycin, rina of often resistant rate was 0, rifampicin,nitrofurantoin for resistance was less than 3 %. Conclusion Staphylococcus au- reus detection area is mainly in patients with skin tissue and lower respiratory tract,its resistance to clinical common antimicrobial drug is serious.
