摘　　要：目前在家用电器用单相交流电机定子制作中,不同规格的定子内径不同,需要使用不同周长的绝缘圈,不利于规格化生产。文章介绍了一种可用于多种规格定子绕组制作的绝缘内圈。Inner insulation rings with different perimeter were applied based upon different specifications of the stator with different inside diameters during manufacturing the AC single-phase motor used in household appliance, not beneficial to the productive normalization. Thus, inner insulating ring used in stator windings process and suitable for different specifications was introduced.
