摘 要:采用F6L913柴油机对无灰助燃剂进行了发动机外特性和负荷特性性能试验,研究了无灰助燃添加剂对柴油机动力性、经济性和排放性的影响。结果表明,在发动机不做任何调整的情况下燃用添加无灰助燃剂的柴油后,与燃用0#柴油相比较,发动机功率平均升高5.12%;燃油消耗率降低,外特性和负荷特性试验分别平均降低2.59%、1.68%;CO、HC、NOx排放显著降低;碳烟排放外特性和负荷特性试验平均分别下降12.8%、26.5%。This paper carries out the external and load characteristic experiments with a F6L913 diesel engine to investigate the effect of a newly ashless combustion supporting additive doped in diesel on the power, fuel economy and exhaust gas emission. The results indicated that the engine power increased by 5.12% without any modification of the engine after the experimental fuel was added with ashlcss combustion supporting additive. The fuel consumption decreased by an average of 2.59% and 1.68% in the external and load characteristic experiment. Meanwhile CO, HC and NOx emissions decreased obviously and the soot emission also decreased by an average of 12.8% and 26.5% in the external and load characteristic experiment.
