摘  要:目前,国产摩托车发动机的机内净化方案主要是精调化油器或采用电控喷射技术,通过精确控制空燃比降低原机排放,但随着排放法规的不断加严,原机排放还需要继续优化,降低冷启动阶段的排放是进一步降低摩托车发动机原机排放的重要环节。在一台国产电喷摩托车上,通过改造缸头和点火系统,实现了双火花塞点火,并研究了摩托车在ECER40排放循环下的发动机尾气排放特征。研究结果表明,双火花塞点火系统配合点火提前角优化,可明显降低摩托车启动初期的HC/CO排放,但NOx排放略有上升。Currently, precise adjustment of carburetor or EFI technology are the main in-engine emission control solutions for the motorcycle, via the precise control of air and fuel ratio, emissions of the original machine are reduced. But with the continuous tightening of emission regulations, original emission also needs to be optimized continuously. On the EFI Motorcycle experiment, through transformation of the cylinder head and the ignition system, dual-spark plug ignition is achieved, and exhaust emission characteristics of the motorcycle in ECE R40 drive cycle test of exhaust emission are studied. The results show that, compared with the single ignition system, dual-spark plug ignition system can significantly reduce HC/CO emissions, but the NOx emissions increase slightly.
