摘　　要：研究目的:揭示社员对不同类型农村土地股份合作社绩效评价的差异性并解释其原因。研究方法:问卷调查、层次分析法。研究结果:农户对两种类型的农村土地股份合作社绩效评价存在差异性,其原因来源于两种模式农地股份合作社运行机制差异和农户特征差异。研究结论:多要素农村土地股份合作社相对较优,政府可以正确引导农民以多种要素入股农村土地股份合作社,逐渐形成以多要素农村土地股份合作社为主、单要素为辅的合作社模式。The purpose of this paper is to find out members＇ different performance evaluation among different types of rural land stock cooperatives and explain the reasons. Questionnaire investigation and analytic hierarchy process were employed in the paper. The result shows that there are differences of rural households＇ performance evaluation on two kinds of rural land stock cooperative. The reason is that there are differences on running mechanism of two models and households＇ characteristics. It is concluded that a rural land stock cooperative which absorbs multiple elements is superior to the other. So government should guide the famer to join it and gradually form a pattern dominated by rural land stock cooperative with multiple elements, taking the other as a supplement.
