摘 要:研究目的:评价吉林省土地利用空间均衡度可以正确理解吉林省目前土地使用状态,为制定准确的土地利用制度与政策提供依据。研究方法:极值标准化方法、算术平均法和几何平均法、聚类分析法。研究结果:吉林省土地利用9市(州)中,长春市、辽源市、吉林市处于开发过度状态,四平市、松原市、白城市为相对均衡状态,通化市、白山市、延边州为发展不足状态。研究结论:区域土地空间均衡是区域开发规模和强度与空间实际供给能力的相对协调;吉林省区域土地供给能力为东南部最大,东北地区最低;开发的强度表现为中—西—东的区域开发递减;区域土地空间均衡度为中—西—东部地区呈现过度开发—相对均衡—开发不足的规律分布。The purpose of this paper is to evaluate the spatial balance degree of land use in Jilin Province, to exactly understand current land use conditionin of Jilin Province and provide the basis for making the suitable land use system and policy. The research methods are: Normalization, Arithmetic average method, Geometric average method and Cluster analysis. The results show that: three of nine cities in Jilin Province i.e. Changchun, Liaoyuan and Jilin are in the excessive development condition; Siping, Songyuan and Baichengare in the balanced state; Tonghua,Baishan and Yanbian are in the underdeveloped state. It concludes that: the balanced condition of regional land space is the coordination between regional development size as well as intensity and space's actual supply capacity. In Jilin Province, the largest regional land supply capacity is in the southeast part ,while the lowest one is in northeast part. The development intensity shows a decreased tendency from the central to the west and to theeast part. The distribution law of spatial balance is that: the middle part is overdeveloped, the west part is in relative balanced condition and the east part is underdeveloped.
