摘 要:刀片和刀杆连接是高性能刀具制造的重要技术之一,螺钉夹紧是常见和重要的一种方式。本研究通过分析可转位车刀螺钉夹紧方式的结构和受力状况,结合数学-物理模型,提出了一种计算螺钉变形量的数学模型,该数学模型比以前模型计算精度高,采用Marc有限元软件对螺钉模型的变形量进行了仿真,仿真时螺钉预紧力选择范围为4 500~5 500 N,结果显示:利用本文提出的模型得到的螺钉变形量误差在17%以内,而传统模型的误差可达276%,侧面应证了采用此模型计算可转位车刀螺钉夹紧中螺钉变形量是基本可行的,可以为螺钉夹紧机构设计及螺钉夹紧数控车刀切削应用提供参考。Connection of blades and body is one of the most important manufacturing technology of high performance cutting tools. Screw clamping is a common and important connection type. In this research, by analyzing the structure and stress of screw clamping on indexable turning tools, combining with the mathematical and physical model, a mathematical model to calculate the screw deflection was proposed. Compared with old model, new model has better calculation accuracy. Using the finite element software Marc, the screw deflection was simulated, with the preload range of 4 500 N to 5 500 N. The results show that, by using the proposed model to calculate the deflection, the error is less than 17%, while the traditional model's error is up to 276%. It proves that it is feasible to calculate the screw deflection by using this model, which can be applied as reference for designing the screw fastening device and applying the screw clamping indexable cutting tools.
