摘 要:本试验旨在研究微生态与抗菌肽复合物对断奶仔猪生长性能和腹泻率的影响。试验选取体重为10.14±0.11kg的杜×大X长三元杂交猪240头,采用单因子完全随机设计,分为4个处理,每个处理6个重复,每个重复10头猪,研究微生态、抗菌肽对断奶仔猪生产性能和腹泻情况的影响。1)空白对照:基础日粮;2)益生菌组:基础日粮+益生菌(屎肠球菌5×10^9CFU/g,250mg/kg);3)抗菌肽组:基础日粮+抗菌肽250mg/kg;4)益生菌+抗菌肽组:基础日粮+微生态抗菌肽复合物500mg/kg。试验结果表明,0-14d,与空白组相比,抗菌肽组和益生菌+抗菌肽组能明显提高平均日增重和降低料重比(P〈0.05);15—28d,益生菌+抗菌肽组能提高日增重,降低料重比(P〈0.05)。整个试验期,与空白对照组相比。益生菌+抗菌肽组能明显提高日增重13.0%,料重比降低11.2%,其腹泻频率分别下降了46.3%,腹泻指数分别下降50.0%。从各指标的趋势来分析,益生菌和抗菌肽复合物添加效果优于单一成分组和空白对照组。To investigate the influence of probiotics and antimicrobial peptide on production performance and diarrhea rate of weanling piglets, a total of 240 Duroc x Large White x Landrace hybrid pigs with average body weight of 10.14 ±0.11 kg were randomly divided into 4 treatment groups, each treatment with 6 repeats and each repeat 10 pigs. Dietary treatments including: 1 )blank control group:basal diet ;2) probioties group:basal diet + Enterococeus faecium 5 × 10^9 CFU/g ;3 ) antimicrobial peptide group : basal diet + antimicrobial peptide 250 mg/kg ;4) probi- otics + antimicrobial peptide group : basal diet + Probioties + antimicrobial peptide complex 500 mg/kg. Results showed, on 14d, compared with control group, group 3 and group 4 had significant- ly higher ADG and feed efficiency (P 〈 0.05 ) ;on 28d, group 4 had significantly higher ADG and feed efficiency( P 〈0.05 ). And throughout the trial period, compared with control group,ADG of group 4 increased 13.0% ,feed- weight ratio, diarrhea incidence and diarrhea rate decreased 11.2% ,46.3 % and 50.0%, respectively. In conclusion, compared with single component, antimi- crobial peptide combine with probiotics would have heightened effects.
