摘  要:物流作为第三利润源给汽车行业降低成本和提高效益提供了新的发展方向,汽车物流是有效提升汽车产业价值的根本保障。本文采用实证的方法探讨了汽车物流企业的员工发展、服务创新与核心竞争力之间的关系;构建了汽车物流企业员工发展、服务创新与核心竞争力之间的实证模型;采用企业文化、物流技术、市场能力、运行机制、客户满意5个维度作为描述影响核心竞争力的直接因素,而将员工发展、服务创新作为描述影响核心竞争力的间接因素。研究表明:汽车物流企业员工发展对核心竞争力的影响较为有限,而服务创新对核心竞争力的影响较为关键。因此,应加快供应链整合、关注员工个人发展与提升服务质量。Logistics provides a new development direction as the third source of profit for the automotive industry to reduce costs and improve efficiency. Automobile logistics is the fundamental guarantee for the effective promotion of the value of the auto- mobile industry. This paper uses empirical methods to explore the relationship of staff development, service innovation and core competitiveness of automotive logistics enterprises, constructs an empirical model of staff development, service inno- vation and core competitiveness of automotive logistics enterprises. It uses 5 dimensions (enterprise culture, logistics tech- nology, market ability, operation mechanism and customer satisfaction) as the direct factors to describe the impacts of the core competitiveness, and the staff development and service innovation as the indirect factors that affect the core competi- tiveness. Research shows that: the influence of automobile logistics enterprise staff development on the core competence is more limited, and the effect of service innovation to the core competence is the key. This study believes that enterprises should accelerate the integration of supply chain, pay attention to the personal development of employees, and improve service quality.
