醋酸氯己定器械消毒液含量测定方法研究

摘　　要：目的提高醋酸氯己定器械消毒液质量标准中醋酸氯己定含量。方法建立高效液相色谱法（high performance liquid chromatography,HPLC）测定醋酸氯己定器械消毒液中醋酸氯己定的含量。结果醋酸氯己定在10.02~160.30μg/ml范围内,线性关系良好,醋酸氯己定的回收率99.3%,相对标准偏差（relative standard deviation,RSD）为1.7%。结论 HPLC方法用于醋酸氯己定器械消毒液的含量测定简单可行,重复性好。Objective To improve the standard of the quality control of instruments chlorhexidine acetate solution for instrumentsdisinfection.Methods Chlorhexidine acetate content was measured by high performance liquid chromatog- raphy （HPLC）.Results Chlorhexidine acetate showed excellent linearity at the range of 10.02-160.30 μg/ml. The average recovery rate was 99.3% ,and the relative standard deviation was 1.7%.Conclusion The presented method is simple,sen- sitive, has good reproducibility and can be used to assay chlorhexidine acetate solution for instruments disinfection.
