摘 要:目的分析亚热带山岳丛林地区部队官兵军事训练伤的发生规律和流行病学特点。方法采取整群抽样调查方法,抽取某摩托化步兵旅全训部队官兵为研究对象,参照《中国人民解放军军事训练伤诊断分类标准》收集军事训练伤相关数据,并进行分析。结果亚热带山岳丛林地区边防部队官兵军事训练伤2014全年的患病率为14.6%,男军人训练伤发生率(14.3%)与女军人训练伤发生率(27.3%)相比无统计学意义(χ~2=3.341、P〉0.05)。训练伤类型依次为软组织损伤(52.1%)、骨与关节伤(35.5%)、器官损伤(12.4%)。军龄〈2年组(15.4%)与军龄3~9年组(13.5%)、军龄〉10年组(11.5%)相比均无统计学意义(χ~2=0.549,P〉0.05;χ~2=0.436,P〉0.05)。军事训练伤发生的高峰时间为5月,呈单高峰分布特征。5 km武装越野训练为最多发训练伤的科目,训练强度大是最常见的致伤原因。结论亚热带山岳丛林地区边防部队官兵军事训练伤的发生与特殊的地理环境、训练强度、训练内容及军龄等因素有关。Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics and occurrence rules of military training injury of soldiers in areas of subtropical mountainous jungle.Methods A motorized infantry brigade in subtropical mountainous jungle were investigated with cluster sampling investigation method.Data related with military training injury were collect- ed and analyzed according to the "Diagnostic and classification criteria of military training injury for People's Liberation Army". Results The total incidence rate of military training injury of the soldiers was 14.6%.There were no significant difference in incidence rate between male soldiers and female soldiers (x2 = 3.341, P〉0.05).The commonest injury types were soft tissue damage (52.1%, bone and joint injury (35.5% and organ damage (12.4%.There were no significant difference in the incidence rate between service time 〈 years group (15.4%) and service time for 3-9 years group ( 13.5 %, x2 = 0.549, P〉.05).And there were also no significant difference in incidence rate between service time 〈 years group and service time 〉0 years group (11.5% ,x = 0.436,P〉.05).The peak time of the military training injury was May,and the oc- currence of the injury the single peak distributionu 5 km armed cross-country training was the commonest subject of mili- tary training injury. High training intensity was the commonest cause of military training injury.Conclusion The environ- ment condition, training intensity, training content and service time contribute to the occurrence of military training injury of soldiers in subtropical mountainous jungle.
