摘　　要：随着林业的转型,限制采伐,林区也面临着经营方向、产业格局的调整。建设社会主义新林区是一项历史任务,也是一个全新的课题,建立以生态建设为主的林业发展战略,健全国有林区经营管理体制,进一步增强国有林区生态功能和发展活力。With the transformation of the industry and limited logging, the forest areas are also facing transformation of direction to adjust the industrial structure. Building a new socialist Forest is not only a historic task, but also a new subject in order to establish ecological construction of forestry development strategy to improve the state - owned forest management system. Thus, further enhance of the development of state - owned forest ecological func-tions and vitality was realized.
