摘 要:欧洲是全球公认的低碳发展理论与实践的先驱,目前已开展了诸多不同类型的低碳社区建设实践。我国低碳社区建设尚处于起步阶段,现有理论研究偏重于低碳社区物质空间建设经验的总结,并尤为关注低碳技术的应用,对不同类型社区的低碳建设模式关注较少。鉴于此,本文试图通过典型案例,深入解析欧洲低碳社区建设的不同模式,并针对我国多类型社区的现实情况,以及政策制度、公众行为、开发商成本与收益等方面的障碍,提出从目标设定、规划建设以及运营管理等方面因“社区”而异的低碳建设思路。Europe has been recognized as a pioneer in low-carbon development, which has carried out much different construction practice in low-carbon community. However, China is still at the initial stage in low-carbon community, the existing theoretical studies have emphasized the physical space planning of low-carbon community, or particularly focused on the application of low-carbon technology, very few studies have concerned about the different construction modes in low-carbon community. With a deep analysis of the construction experience in Europe by typical low-carbon communities and constraints in China, we think that low-carbon construction should vary from one community to the other in the goal, construction and management.
