铁水罐车和鱼雷罐车双点浇注式铸铁机可行性初探

摘　　要：本文从冶炼厂生产实际着手,提出目前铸铁机浇注方式普遍存在的问题。介绍了国内和国外铁水运送的三种方式,初步研究两种铁水运送方式合二为一进行集中浇注的可能性,研究表明,采用双点式铸铁机进行铸铁是在原铸铁机基础上改造,从而大幅提升生产效率、降低投资成本的最优方案,即同一生产线不仅能采用铁水罐铸铁又能保证鱼雷罐铸铁,在充分考虑液态铁水流动性的情况下,加长原有机组链带长度,通过合理布置铁水罐和鱼雷罐位置,设置不同的浇铸点,控制铁水浇铸流程长度和高度,提高关键零件的强度和刚度,通过利用原有设备和土建基础,新增部分延长设备,缩短制造和施工工期,从而满足新机组设计的各项功能及技术指标。In this paper, from the actual production of smelting plant, and put forward the problem of the common existence of cast iron casting method. Introduces three methods of domestic and foreign iron water transport, preliminary study of two kinds of metal delivery Become possibility, concentrated study shows that the pouring, double point cast iron machine cast iron is in the transformation of the original cast iron machine basis, thus greatly enhance the production efficiency, reduce the investment cost of the optimal solution, i.e. the same production not only can be used in ladle iron and can ensure the torpedo cast iron, in full consideration of liquid iron liquidity situation, the original unit chain length is lengthened, through reasonable arrangement and position of torpedo ladle, set different casting metal casting process control, length and height, the key to improve the strength and stiffness of the parts through the use of the original equipment, and foundation, part of the new extension of equipment manufacturing and construction, shorten the construction period, so as to meet the functional and technical indexes of the new unit design.
