摘　　要：介绍机械张拉与电热张拉工艺及设备的特点和设计依据,对客车侧围蒙皮不同张拉方法做了深入总结,根据蒙皮的材料规格、尺寸进行拉应力计算结合实际技术要求设定合理的拉应力数值,为侧围蒙皮张拉工艺设备的采用提供设计依据。Introduce the specifications and design basis of mechanical stretch-draw and electric heating stretch-draw equipment, making the thorough summary to the different stretch-draw ways of side body paneling. Based on the side body paneling material specification and dimension, calculating pulling stress combined with actual technology requirement to set the logical pulling stress value, and providing the design basis for the side body paneling stretch-draw equipment adopting.
