摘　　要：泰国于2006年开始实行中期财政支出规划,预算局、财政部、国家经济与社会发展委员会、政府各部委和泰国银行都参与到中期财政支出规划的编制和执行。本文主要总结泰国所实行的中期财政规划的主要做法以及经验,以期对我国中期财政规划改革提供有益经验。Thailand implemented the Medium-Term Expenditure Planning in 2006,Many government departments are involved in the preparation of the Medium-Term Expenditure planning and execution,such as the Budget Bureau,Ministry of Finance,National Economic and Social Development Commission, government ministries and the Bank of Thailand. This paper summarizes the practices and experiences of Thailand Medium-Term Expenditure Planning,in order to provide useful experience for Medium-Term Fiscal reform plan in China.
