摘 要:采用不同含量的纳米石墨微片制备纳米石墨微片-碳纳米管-银复合材料,研究纳米石墨微片含量对复合材料电摩擦磨损性能的影响。实验发现,复合材料随磨损时间的延长,摩擦系数均不断减小,最终趋于稳定随着纳米石墨微片含量的增加。随着复合材料中纳米石墨微片含量的增加,摩擦系数和磨损量均有下降趋势,接触电压降则相反。载流条件下,电摩擦系数大于机械摩擦系数且电磨损量也大于机械磨损量。Using different amounts of graphite nanosheets prepared graphite nanosheets - carbon nanotubes - silver composites, graphite nanosheets research content of the composite material for an electrical influence on friction and wear properties. It was found that the composite material with the extension of time of wear, friction coefficient decreasing and eventually stabilized with the increasing content of graphite nanosheets. With the increase of the composite graphite nanosheets content, the friction coefficient and the wear volume has decreased, contact voltage drop and vice versa. Under conditions of the carrier, electric friction coefficient greater than the mechanical wear of the friction coefficient and electrically also greater than the mechanical wear.
