摘 要:文本信息是网页界面中的重要内容。为探索不同的文本信息设计形式和搜索目标位置对用户搜索过程中认知效果的影响,设计4个实验材料,对每个材料完成9个目标的搜索任务,采用眼动实验和主观测量结合的方法,对27名被试完成搜索任务的绩效、眼动行为、感知易用性及满意度进行测量和分析。结果表明,搜索目标在中间和偏左上方区域时,搜索绩效较高,注视点数目较少,注视时间较短;信息层级间色彩有差异时,搜索绩效较高,注视点数目较少,注视时间较短,感知易用性和满意度较高;模块化程度高时,感知易用性和满意度也较高。研究结果可以为网页界面中的文本信息设计提供工效学建议。The text information is an important part of the webpage. The purpose of this paper is to explore the effects of different text information design forms and different locations of search targets on users' cognition. Twenty-seven participants were asked to finish thirty-six search tasks, and the performance, eye-movement behavior, perceived ease of use and satisfaction were obtained. The results showed that when the search target appears in the center and in the upper left corner, the performance is better, the number of fixation is smaller and the fixation time is shorter. When there are differences in text color, the performance is better, the number of fixation is smaller, the fixation time is shorter, and the value of perceived ease of use and satisfaction are both higher. When the modularization level is higher, the value of perceived ease of use and satisfaction are both higher, too. The results can provide ergonomics guidelines for text information design of the webpage.
