摘 要:目的:设计并开发能够实时获取剩余输液量、已用输液时间、剩余输液时间等输液信息的输液监护系统,实现输液过程的高效与安全护理。方法以CC2530芯片为主处理器,结合高精度AD传感器、称重传感器、三轴加速度传感器、液晶显示屏、蜂鸣器等设计研发输液信息采集节点,并通过ZigBee协议将采集到的信息实时转发到监护端。实地测试评价系统效果。结果完成输液信息采集节点的软硬件开发,构建ZigBee无线传感器网络,实现无人值守的输液监护系统。实地测试结果显示,系统精确度高、稳定性强、预警及时。结论构建开发了基于无线传感器网络的输液监护系统,该系统能够较好的满足临床应用。Objective Design and implementation of smart infusion monitoring system which can get the remaining fluid volume, the elapsed infusion time, the remaining infusion time and other infusion information in real time, will en-sure the efficiency and safety of the infusion process.Methods Infusion information acquisition node uses CC2530 chip as the main processor, combined with high-precision AD sensor, weighing sensor, triaxial acceleration sensor, LCD screen, buzzer and so on, and infusion monitoring system forward the collected real-time information to the monitoring terminal through the ZigBee protocol.Test and evaluate system effectiveness through the field test in hospital.Results The hardware and software of the infusion information acquisition node is developed, and the ZigBee wireless sensor net-work is built to realize the unattended infusion monitoring system.The field test results show that the system has high pre-cision, strong stability, and timely warning.Conclusion An infusion monitoring system based on wireless sensor net-work is designed and implemented.The system can meet the needs of clinical application.
