摘　　要：为满足航空公司运行模式和工作重点发展变化对人才和科研的新需求,基于国内民航运行环境,借鉴国际先进运控系统,以模拟仿真为技术手段,嵌入计算机飞行计划软件,内置航班动态监控和机型指派优化算法,设计并开发航空公司运行控制模拟验证平台,为院校和企业提供综合训练设备,为运行控制风险评估、航班运行调整与优化等科研工作提供试验验证平台。To meet the new demand for changes in airline operating mode and key work development,and the needs of talents and scientific research, an airlines operations control simulation verification platform was designed and developed. The platform was developed based on domestic civil aviation operating environment and drawn lessons from international advanced operation control systems. It was developed by means of simulation technology,embedded computer flight plan software,built-in flight dynamic monitoring and aircraft assignment optimization algorithm. It provided comprehensive training equipment for universities and enterprises,and provided a test platform for scientific research,such as operations control risk assessment,adjustment and optimization of flight operation
