摘 要:配电变电站是配电网规划中最为重要的环节,其投资成本占比大,布局对供电质量、运行的可靠性和经济性有着重要的影响。本文基于PSS/ADEPT配电网仿真平台计算分析,得到投资收益最大的变电站选址扩容规划方案。考虑到配电网网络损失大,以新增变压器容量来降低网络损耗,并基于最优潮流和网络重构,对降低网络损耗所获得的收益进行成本评估。通过对某地实际配电网的仿真计算表明,通过增加变压器台数和容量能有效降低网络损耗,但网络损耗最小的方案,由于投资成本加大,其投资收益率反而下降,通过投资收益分析,可得到投资收益最大的变电站选址扩容方案。该方法能为配电网的投资规划提供科学的依据。Substation planning is an important part of distribution network planning. Substation cost is high in the total cost constitute. Location of substation has important impact on power supply quality,security operation and economics benefit of power system. In this paper,a distribution substation planning of high benefit / cost ratio is presented based on PSS / ADEPT simulation platform. The method considers to decrease the network loss by increasing transformer capacity,and reconfiguring distribution based on optimal power flow,and the assessment of benefit-cost is completed by benefit /cost ratio. The simulation result of a real distribution system shows that transformer can help to reduce the loss. The cost can be off-set by the loss reduction. A planning of the highest benefit / cost ratio can be picked out.
