摘　　要：为了提高实验室综合管理水平和运维保障能力,以集成管理思想为指导,采用计算机、信息、网络、虚拟化管理等技术手段创新管理模式,研发并集成信息管理系统,构建实验室基础环境集成管控平台,提供设备器材、应用环境、运维保障、信息导调、安防监控等管理功能,有效整合软硬件资源,优化管理流程,实现全部资源的精细化、信息化、网络化和集成化管控,全面提升了实验室的综合管控能力和运维保障效率。In order to construct integrated management platform of laboratory,and provide overall improvement in management capabilities as well as support efficiency of the laboratory, the authors adhere to the conception of integration management and adopt innovative management methodologies,including computerization,informatization,network and virtualization,to research,develop and integrate the information management system. The purpose of the construction of integrated management platform of basic-environment laboratory is to provide some management functions,including the provision of equipment,applying environment,operation and maintenance,information leading and adjusting,and security supervision. Resources integration and process optimization have been achieved through the construction of the platform,and thus the delicacy,informatization,network and integration management has been realized. The overall management capabilities and support efficiencies of the laboratory have been improved as a result of the above-mentioned procedures.
