PCCP治疗老年人股骨外侧壁完整的粗隆间骨折

摘　　要：目的：探讨PcCP治疗老年人股骨外侧壁完整的股骨粗隆间骨折的手术适应症及临床疗效。方法：2010年5月-2011年12月我院骨科收治并得到随访的28例老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者，均采用PccP髓外固定，记录患者手术时间，术中出血量，围手术期输血量、并发症、髋关节Harris评分、肢体短缩、肢体对线情况，术后随访18～48个月，并进行分析。结果：28例患者手术时间（从切皮到缝合）为（59．7士5．2）分钟，术中出血（67±3．1）ml，全部患者术中、术后均未输血，无肺部感染、褥疮、尿路感染、低蛋白血症及电解质紊乱等并发症，术后骨折愈合时间为（15．7±3．3）周，术后1年Harris评分（88．9±3．5）分。结论：PCCP钢板内固定为老年人股骨外侧壁完整的粗隆间骨折提供了一种较好的治疗方法。Objective To explore the indications of operation and clinical curative effection of treatment with intertrochanterffacture and complete the lateral wall of femoral by PCCP.Methods From 2010 May to December 2011, there were 28 cases of the elderly patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture were treated with extramedullary fixation by PCCP in Department of orthopedics,Jianyang People＇s Hospital,and all cases were followed up, records the operation time,bleeding volume during operation, blood transfusion, complications during peri operation, Harris score, limb shortening limb alignment, follow-up for 18±48 months after operative, and carries on the analysis. Results 28 patients were operating time （from skin incision to sutured） for 59.7±5.2 minutes, the bleeding in the operation of 67±3.1ml, all patients and no blood transfusion, no pulmonary infection, bedsore, urinary tract infection, hypoproteinemia and electrolyte disorders and other complications, postoperative fracture healing time have 15.7±3.3 weeks,The Harris scores 88.9±3.5 after surgeried 1 years. Conclusion PCCP plate internal fixation provide a better treatment method for intertrochanteric fracture of femoral lateral wall complete in the elderly.
