摘  要:基于哲学的价值观视角通过文献资料、问卷调查法、逻辑分析法等研究方法对新时期我国普通高校体育教师职业倦态进行研究。结论认为:价值观的嬗变成为我国普通高校体育教师职业倦怠的主要成因,在本体的价值忽视与客体的社会价值误导与价值异化影响下,我国普通高校体育教师出现严重的职业倦怠问题。基于此,通过价值观层面,从本质上剖析新时期我国普通高校体育教师职业倦态现状及产生原因并相应提出消解职业倦怠的建议,旨在最大限度地实现普通高校体育教师的个体价值,提高体育教师职业工作的积极性,促进高校体育事业的健康发展。Analysis and research on the P. E teachers' occupational tiredness in the China common colleges based on the perspective values , through research technique and so on the literature ,questionnaire survey law, logic analysis. The conclusion thought that: the change of valves become the main cause of P. E teachers'occupational tiredness in common colleges ,Under the impacts of ignorance on the values of subject, misleading on the social values of object and the? value alienation, the severe occupational tiredness appears among China common colleges P. E teachers: Based on this, the article carries out a research on the current situation and the reasons on P. E teachers' burnout in the Institutes of Higher Learning and gives suggestions through the value view. The purposes are to maximize sports teachers' individual values among ordinary colleges and to improve ports teachers' the enthusiasm for professional work, it can to promote the healthy development of sports undertakings in Chinese colleges and universities.
