转差在双转子发动机台架点中的应用分析

摘  要:双转子发动机因为高、低压转子是气动联接的,所以存在高、低压转子转差。本文针对双转子发动机,从转差线台架点的意义、影响转差线和台架点因素等入手,分析了如何依据台架点和转差线关系确定台架点。以某型双转子发动机为例,依据工艺规程具体计算方法,演示了工厂试车台架点的确定方法,对于深入了解发动机的实用性能,具有参考价值。The dual-spool aero-engine is aero-connected, which results in rotational speed difference between low-pressure rotor and high-pressure rotor. Based on dual-spool turbojet aero- engine, the meanings of rotational speed difference lines(RSDL) and test bench point(TBP), the reason of determining RSDL and TBP are discussed, and it is analyzed that how to determine TBP based on the relationship between RSDL and TBP. Taking a dual-spool turbojet aero-engine as an example, according to the computational algorithm, the method of fixing on TBP is demonstrated. It is valuable to deeply understand real performance of dual-spool turbojet aero-engine.
