摘　　要：实现港产城良性融合是港口城市科学发展的关键。文章分析了港口城市港产城三者间融合互动的内在机理,探讨了港产城良性融合的评价标准和原则,客观评价了连云港市港产城融合发展现状及存在的问题,提出了加快连云港市港产城融合发展的具体建议,包括:明确港产城融合发展的功能;找准港产城融合发展的切入点;突破港产城融合发展重难点;寻求港产城融合发展的深度合作;打造港产城融合发展新平台等。To realize the healthy integration of ports,industries and cities is the key to the scientific development of port cities. This paper analyzes the inner mechanism of the interactive integration, discusses the evaluation standards and principles of it, objectively evaluates the present status and existing problems and puts forward specific suggestions in terms of accelerating the integative development of the ports, industries and the city in Lianyungang including making clear the function, identifying the entry point, breaking through the key and difficult points, searching for further cooperation and building new platform for the integrative development of the ports, and the city.
