摘 要:研究各种浓度的海水对海州过寒菜种子的影响,利用不同浓度梯度的海水处理海州过寒菜种子,观察其种子萌发及幼苗的生长情况。结果表明,在不同浓度的海水胁迫下,海州过寒菜的各项生理指标均有不同程度的下降。其中,发芽率与发芽势在海水浓度小于5%、发芽指数与简化活力指数在海水浓度小于15%时,与对照组差异都不显著;根长在海水浓度15%以下、苗长在海水浓度10%以下时,与对照组差异不显著。但高浓度的海水对种子的萌发及各项生理指标影响较大。当海水浓度达到20%时,海州过寒菜的各项生理指标都与对照组产生了明显差异。说明海州过寒菜种子对低浓度的海水具有一定的耐受性。Taking Haizhou Guo'han seeds as test materials, the effect of different concentrations of seawater on Haizhou Guo'han seeds germination and growth were tested, and the saline-alkali tolerance of Haizhou Guo'han was studied.The results showed that, in different concentrations of seawater stress Haizhou Guo'han physiological indicators have different levels of decline. The germination rate and germination potential in seawater concentration is less than 5%, germination index and simplified vigor index in seawater concentration is less than 15% and the control group no significant difference in the concentration of seawater, root length, seedling length below 15% in seawater concentration below 10% and the control group no significant difference. But the high concentration seawater on the seed germination and the physiological index of the impact is bigger, when the seawater concentration reached 20%, Haizhou Guo'han each physiological index of cold dishes are with the control group had significant difference. Description Haizhou Guo'han seeds for low concentration of sea water has certain tolerance.
