摘　　要：文章运用文献资料法、文献计量学方法、数理统计法等,对乌鲁木齐职业大学教师2009-2013年刊发的科研论文数量、作者基本情况、基金论文以及引文进行调查。结果表明:乌鲁木齐职业大学2009-2013年间发表科研论文数量总体波动不大;教师的科研水平与教师的学历、职称呈正相关的关系,硕博士生、中级和副高级职称的教师是学校科研的中坚力量;单打独斗是目前学校教师从事科学研究的基本形式;受基金项目资助的科研论文数量虽逐年上升,但比率仍然较低,级别也有待提高;学科内容以教育教学为主,职业教育比重更大;文献的使用方法以实证法、文献资料法和归纳总结法为主;引文的类型较为全面,但以期刊文献为主,外文文献较少,且多为英文;载文期刊地域性较强,发表在疆内期刊上的文章占有较大的比例。The paper resorts to literature consultation, bibliometric method and statistical method to investigate the papers by the teachers of Urumqi Vocational University in the period of 2009---2013 in the numbers the authors＇, information the fund papers and the citation, rate Data shows that there is littlefluctuation in paper numbers; it manifests a positive correlation between the teachers＇ educationalbackground or professional tittles and the papers＇ academic levels; teachers with higher professional tittles orwith PHD degrees are the main force in the school in scientific research; random research or research withoutresearch teams is the basic form at present; papers supported by fund projects are increasing but the ratio isstill low; the research contents lie mainly on teaching and education especially on vocational education; theresearch methods which the papers employed focus on positivism literature consultation and induction; thequotation type is mainly on journals with little foreign literature; papers published in the journals withinXinjiang area occupy the largest proportion.
