江苏民营资本“参军”的可行性分析与支持政策

摘　　要：在大力发展混合所有制背景下,中国军民融合发展上升为国家战略,而民营资本"参军"是军民深度融合的具体体现。通过对江苏民营资本"参军"的政策可行性、路径可行性、经济可行性进行分析,提出在市场准入、合法融资、信息服务、保障监督等方面支持江苏民营资本"参军"的政策。Under the background of the vigorous development of the mixed ownership, Chinese civil-military enterprises collaborative development has become national strategy at present. The private capital which enters the military industrial enterprises is the concrete embodiment of the civil-military enterprises deep fusion. Through the feasibility analysis in policy, route, and economy, after multiple perspectives, all-round and comprehensive consideration, we put forward some policies in market access, legally financing, information service, and safeguards to support Jiangsu private capital entering the military industrial enterprises.
