论我国公务员养老保险制度的改革

摘　　要：当前,我国公务员养老保险制度社会统筹层次低,没有形成全国统一的改革方案。根据2015年出台的公务员养老保险相关政策,分析我国公务员养老保险存在的问题,借鉴国外公务员养老保险的成功做法,提出相关改革建议。At present, the level of social pooling is low in endowment insurance system of China government staff, there is still no unified national reform program. According to relative poli- cies on endowment insurance of government staff in the year of 2015, the paper analyzes the problems in endowment insurance of government staff in our country, borrows some success experiences from some typical countries in endowment insurance of government staff, and then puts forward some suggestions for reform in endowment insurance of government staff.
