摘  要:目的:探讨2型糖尿病患者血25羟维生素D水平与糖化血红蛋白的相关性。方法:选取78例2型糖尿病患者,测定其血液中25羟维生素D水平与糖化血红蛋白,根据美国内分泌学会推荐的血清25-OH-Vit D水平情况,将患者分为维生素D缺乏组(25-OH-Vit D<20 ng/m L)和维生素D非缺乏组(25-OH-Vit D≥20 ng/m L),分析探讨两组患者糖化血红蛋白的情况。结果:维生素D缺乏组的Hb A1c水平为(9.43±1.87)%,明显高于维生素D非缺乏组的(8.49±2.06)%,比较差异有统计学意义(t=2.11,P=0.04)。结论:2型糖尿病患者维生素D缺乏组Hb A1c水平明显高于非缺乏组,予以适当补充维生素D制剂,可能有助于改善2型糖尿病患者血糖水平。Objective:To investigate the relevance of serum levels of 25-hydroxyvitamin D and glycated hemoglobin in patients with type 2 diabetes.Method:78 patients with type 2 diabetes were selected and measured the serum levels of 25-hydroxyvitamin D and glycated hemoglobin,according to the American Endocrine Society recommended serum levels of 25-OH-Vit D situation,the patients were divided into the vitamin D deficiency group(25-OH-Vit D20 ng/m L) and the Vitamin D non deficient group(25-OH-Vit D ≥ 20 ng/m L),the glycated hemoglobin level of the two groups were analyzed and discussed.Result:The glycated hemoglobin level of Vitamin D deficiency group was(9.43±1.87)%,which was significantly higher than(8.49±2.06)% of the Vitamin D non deficient group,the difference was statistically significant(t=2.11,P=0.04).Conclusion:The Hb A1 c level of the vitamin D deficiency group in patients with type 2 diabetes is significantly higher than non deficient group.Vitamin D supplements may be appropriate to improve blood glucose levels in patients with type 2 diabetes.
