坎地沙坦联合苯磺酸氨氯地平对老年高血压患者的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨坎地沙坦联合苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗老年高血压患者的临床疗效。方法:选取2014年6月-2015年5月于本院就诊并确诊为高血压的老年患者76例,随机分为两组,对照组40例采用苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗,观察组36例在对照组基础上联合坎地沙坦治疗。观察两组患者血压(收缩压及舒张压)、生活质量的改善情况;比较两组患者临床血压控制率及不良反应情况。结果:两组患者血压水平、生活质量均有所改善,但观察组改善更显著,临床血压控制率更高,差异均统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者均未发现不良反应。结论:坎地沙坦联合苯磺酸氨氯地平对老年高血压患疗效显著,较单用苯磺酸氨氯地平而言可更好地改善血压水平及生活质量,值得推广。Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of Candesartan combined with Amlodipine besylate in treatment of elderly patients with hypertension. Method： 76 elderly patients with hypertension in our hospital from June 2014 to May 2015 were selected, and they were randomly divided into two groups, 40 cases in the control group were treated with Amlodipine besylate, 36 cases in the observation group were combined with Candesartan therapy. Blood pressure （ systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure ） and the improvement of life quality of the two groups were observed. The clinical blood pressure control rate and adverse reaction of the two groups were compared. Result： The blood pressure level and quality of life of the two groups were improved, but the observation group improved more significantly, the clinical control rate was higher, the differences were statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ）, no adverse reactions were found. Conclusion： Candesartan combined Amlodipine besylate in elderly hypertensive patients suffering from significant curative effect, compared with Amlodipine besylate, can better improve the blood pressure level and the quality of life, worthy of promotion.
