运用国医大师郭子光辨证思维治疗代谢综合征的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察采用MS方序贯治疗代谢综合征的临床疗效及其安全性。方法:选择2012年9月-2014年2月在本院就诊的代谢综合征患者170例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为治疗组和对照组。对照组常规西药降压、降糖、降脂治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用MS方序贯治疗,两组疗程均为35 d。观察两组疗效及治疗前后体重指数、腰围、血压、血脂、血糖的变化。结果:治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,治疗组体重指数、腰围、血压、血脂和血糖水平均低于治疗前及对照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗过程中未发现任何不良反应。结论:MS方序贯治疗能显著降低患者体重指数、腰围、血压、血脂和血糖水平,改善患者中医症状,有效治疗代谢综合征。Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of MS prescription by sequential therapy in metabolic syndrome.Method： 170 patients with metabolic syndrome in our hospital from September 2012 to February 2014 were selected and randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.The control group was given western medicine to reduce blood pressure, blood glucose and blood lipid.The treatment group was given MS prescription by sequential therapy and western medicine.All patients were treated for 35 days.The curative effect and the body mass index, waistline, blood pressure, blood lipid and plasma glucose of the two groups before and after treatment were observed. Result： After treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group, tlie levels of body mass index, waistline, blood pressure, blood lipid and plasma glucose of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group and those before treatment, the differences were all statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ） .No adverse ~eaction in the treatment group.Conclusion： The MS prescription by sequential therapy can significantly decrease the body mass index, waistline, blood pressure, blood lipid and plasma glucose of patients with metabolic syndrome, imorove clinical symptoms and cure the metabolic syndrome effectively.
