摘　　要：目的:探讨不同BMI指数的2型糖尿病患者空腹血糖的差异性。方法:选择2013年8月-2015年8月于本院住院的71例2型糖尿病患者作为研究对象,根据其BMI值分为体重过低组、体重正常组、超重组、肥胖组,比较各组空腹血糖。结果:体重过低组空腹血糖高于正常组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);超重及肥胖组空腹血糖与正常组比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:体重指数过低的2型糖尿病患者空腹血糖水平明显高于体重指数正常的患者;体重指数超重和肥胖的2型糖尿病患者空腹血糖水平与体重指数正常的患者无明显差异。Objective： To explore the differences of fasting blood glucose in type 2 diabetes patients with different BMI.Method： 71 hospitalized patients with type 2 diabetes in our hospital from August 2013 to August 2015 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into the low weight group, the normal weight group, the overweight group and the obesity group according to their BMI value,The fasting blood-glucose of different groups were compared.Result： The fasting blood-glucose of the low weight group was higher than that of the normal weight group, the differences were statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ） .The differences in fasting blood-glucose between the overweight group, the obesity group and the normal weight group were not statistically significant （P〉0.05） .Conclusion： The fasting blood-glucose in type 2 diabetes patients with low weight is significantly higher than that in patients with normal weight.There are no differences in fasting blood-glucose between type 2 diabetes patients who are overweight or obesity and patients with normal weight.
