摘　　要：法学教育是我国高等教育的重要组成部分。当前,我国地方性应用型大学法学教育存在着一些亟待解决的问题,主要表现为实践教学环节不受重视、教学方式单一落后以及课程设计不合理等等。这些问题的存在,严重影响和制约着法学教育质量的提高。为此,文章提出相应对策,旨在促进地方性应用型大学能够更多更好地培养高素质的法律人才,以服务于地方经济社会发展。Legal education is an important part of higher education in our country.At present,there are some problems which need to be solved urgently in legal education in local applied universities.The above problems include that practical teaching is not valued,teaching method is single,curriculum design is not reasonable and so on.The existence of these problems seriously affect and restrict the improvement of legal education.For this reason,this paper puts forward some corresponding countermeasures which are aimed at promoting local applied universities to raise more and higher-quality legal talents to serve the local economic and social development.
