摘　　要：本文是作者被获选为"CASHL/汤森路透西部馆员培养与交流合作项目"2015年度学员在北京大学图书馆交流学习时的见闻和感悟,通过在北京大学图书馆及其他机构的交流学习,归纳、梳理国内一流图书馆的服务特色,以此为同仁提供参考和借鉴。The author has been selected as a representative of ＂ CASHL / Thomson Reuters- Western Librarian training and exchanges project＂ in2015. The author raised a strong knowledge and inspiration during the exchange and learning from Beijing University library. Through the exchange of learning in the library of Beijing University and other institutions,the author comes to an induction that combing the domestic characteristics offirstclass library service tooffer reference to colleagues.
